Trabajando-Working

He estado muy ocupada terminando viejos proyectos en diferentes tecnicas, algunos van a tomar bastante tiempo en terminar pero creo que lo importante no es cuanto tiempo tomen de nosotros esos proyectos sino cuanto tiempo queremos realmente darles. Eso hará una gran diferencia en el resultado!
Este trabajo esta hecho en una tecnica francesa llamada Boutis Provencal. Espero hacer mas con mejor calidad.

I have been busy doing old projects in different techniques, some are going to take more time, but I guess that the matter is not how much time they take from us instead of that the question is how much time we want to give to them. that will be a big difference in the outcome.
This project was made in a French technique called Boutis Provencal.
I hope I can do more of this in a better quality.
Como prometi, aqui estan los primeros bloques que hacemos mis alumnas y yo del Dear Jane, me encanta como se ven tan chiquitos y tiernos! Bueno ya casi llevamos 10 y aún faltan mas de 150!

As I promised here are the first little blocks of Dear Jane that we made, I loved the way they look so tinny and tender! We almost reach 10 and still we have more than 150 left

Momentos felices-happy moments

Febrero es el mes del amor y la amistad. Pero para mi especialmente es el mes de mi aniversario con Alfredo, si hace ya 23 años que estamos juntos viviendo una vida fuera de o comun compartindo 24/7 horas al año. No es algo que se diga facil pero puedo decir que somos muy afortunados.
February is the month of the love and friendship. For me is more especial because of Alfredo and I anniversary, we have been together for 23 years and we are living an out of the commune life sharing 24/7 hours a year. It is not something we could say easy but I can tell we are very lucky.
Asi que había que celebrar! Asi que nos tomamos 3 maravillosos dias en Bahias de Huatulco, fue muy energizante y romantico.
So we had to celebrate! So, therefore we took 3 wonderful days in Bahias de Huatulco, it was very romantic and energizing trip.
Cuando volvimos decidi continuar con otro de mis proyectos y que mejor que inspirarse con estos alegres colores?
When we came back I decided to continue with another project and what else to get inspired with this happy colors?
Los siguientes momentos felices que viví durante este mes fueron los pequeños exitos de mis alumnas, ellas tambien han terminado proyectos y siguen cerrando circulos.
Next happy moments I lived during this month were the little success of my students, they had finished projects too and continuing closing circles.
El grupo de Tacamachalco esta muy entusismado con el Dear Jane y concluyendo trabajos.
The Tecamachalco group is very enthusiastic with Dear Jane and finishing their works.

Aqui esta el trabajo de Nicole, casi todo fué hecho a mano.
Here is Nicole project, almost all was made by hand.

Laura tambien terminó este proyecto que inició en España con otra maesta, que bien se siente ver la satisfaccion de alguien que concluye algo que ha tomado mucho tiempo por terminar!
Laura finish this quilt that she started with other teacher in Spain, how wonderful is to see the joy of someone when concludes something that took so many time to finish!
