Caos en la Ciudad! Chaos in the city!

Es increíble el grado de caos que hay ultimamente en el sur de la ciudad de Mexico! creo que tenía como una semana o más sin conducir en la ciudad y realmente puedo decir que es tremendo el grado de furia y desesperación que pude percibir. Hoy casi me choca un autobús por detras , un señor me deja sorda con su claxón al lado mío y dos o tres camiones a exceso de velocidad me hicieron sentir abuela al volante!

The level of chaos in the southern part of Mexico City these days is incredible! I think it was about a week or more that I hadn’t driven in the city and I have to say I noticed an unbelievable amount of anger and desperation. Today a bus almost rear-ended me, a man next to me blasted his horn until I was deaf, and two or three speeding trucks made me feel like a little old lady behind the wheel!

Sé que nuestra delegación va a quedar preciosa con las obras que se hacen pero realmente es una tortura ir a cualquier parte, lo más triste es ver el deterioro nervioso en el que esta la gente y la poca tolerancia y falta de respeto entre conductores!

I know our municipality is going to turn out absolutely beautiful with all the improvements that are being made, but it’s really torture to get around. The sadist part is to see what nervous wrecks everybody has become and the lack of tolerance and respect drivers have for each other.

Por el otro lado quiero decir que aún en este caos y gracias a la meditación y pranayama que practico pude encontrarle lo hermoso al día de hoy en esta linda ciudad, donde afortunadamente tenemos unos arboles llenos de "buena energía" de los cuales aún podemos sentir algo de sabiduría y paz.

On the other hand I want to say that even in the middle of all this chaos (and thanks to meditation and pranayama) I was able to find the beauty of the day in this lovely city where fortunately we still have some trees full of “good energy” from which we can still perceive a bit of wisdom and peace.
