Trabajos de alumnas-Students work

 Mi alumna Elizabeth fué la primera del grupo en terminar un projecto de la tecnica de Ralli y había olvidado mostrar su foto, su trabajo quedo super bien!

Elizabeth, my student was the first of us that finished a Ralli quilt and I had forgotten to show the picture of her work, she made a great job!

 Esta técnica viene de India y Pakistan y normalmente no usan relleno como los que usamos para un quilt normal, ellos usan sabanas o telas recicladas como relleno. Por eso me interesó tanto esta técnica porque nos ofrece un nuevo panorama para el reciclaje de telas que normalmente terminan en la basura.

This technique comes from India and Pakistan, they normally don´t use batting like us in quilting, they use recycled sheets and old cloths as batting. That is why it caught my attention because it offers us a new view to recycle fabrics that normally finished in trash.

 Mari Carmen tambien termino este Ralli como regalo de cumple para su marido me encantaron los tonos tierra y los tonos de los hilos, la costura estubo tambien muy bien, Felicidades chicas!

Mari Carmen finished her Ralli too as a present for her husband birthday, I love the colors of the fabrics and threads, the sewing was so well done too. Congratulations girls!

 Tambien quiero mostrar el trabajo que Marthe termino antes de las vacaciones, ella eligió un proyecto de un libro de Terri Degenkollo, Whimsicals, son projectos muy tiernos y calidos. Bueno ya esta una preciosa funda de cojín para disfrutar.
I want to show too the project Martha finished before holidays, she chose the project form one of the books of Terri Degenkollo, Whimsicals, they are a very nice and warm works. Well she have a beautiful cushion done to enjoy.

 
Esta bolsa es otro proyecto que Mari Carmen hizo en clase, es una bolsa hecha de paliacates, la iniciamos juntas pero yo tengo pospuesta la mia para cuando termine otras cosas. Que bien que ella la terminó en poco tiempo.                                                                                                                                                         This bag is another project of Mari Carmen made in class, it was made with bandannas, we started the same together but I had to procrastinate mine until I finish other projects. So good she finish it in few time.
